The Calendar window lets you view or define the characteristics of a calendar. You can establish as many calendars as you need and assign resources to them. The Project Calendar is used for all task durations and for resource durations if that resource has not been assigned another calendar.

The clock determines the work day schedule for the days of the week selected in the bar above it. Each day can have its own work hours.
